Douglas turns 8

It is so hard to believe that he is eight already. It feels like yesterday that we were bringing him home from the hospital. Crazy! So we decided to throw him a party with his friends with a Pokemon theme. The boys all had a blast! We started the party out with the kids having some free play time before starting anything structured...plus I wanted to wait for James to get home from work before I started some of those things too. Then we did pin-the-tail on Pikachu. Had some cake, ice cream and lemonade. Douglas opened some presents then we did a Pikachu pinata. Fun was had by all!

Once it started to break open they'd get a handful of pieces to fall out and the boys would all scream and pounce on it. It was hilarious to watch!
